Infant Craniosacral Therapy
Craniosacral therapy (CST) for infants is a gentle, hands-on approach to relieving tension and promoting healing. It involves light touches to assess and adjust the craniosacral system, which includes the skull, spine, and cerebrospinal fluid. It supports an infant’s physical and emotional health, providing benefits from relieving birth-related tension to promoting better sleep and digestion. The techniques are incredibly gentle, and safe for newborns and infants.
Babies who are struggling with the symptoms below often see improvements within a few sessions
-
audible clicking while feeding
-
back arching
-
blocked tear-ducts
-
breastfeeding issues
-
breast preference
-
breathing (shallow/mouth)
-
breech position
-
chronic ear infections
-
chronic sinus infections
-
colic
-
c-section birth
-
digestion issues
-
dribbling milk while feeding
-
bottle refusal
-
high palate
-
strong gag reflex
-
fussy (hard to soothe)
Craniosacral Therapy (CST) can be done while babies are feeding, sleeping, playing, or during a diaper change.
Most babies experience noticeable results immediately, and have a deeper, less painful latch; stop clicking while feeding; or have a noticeable change in head-shape.

Craniosacral for Adults
Craniosacral therapy in adults works in the same way as infants and children. It is a gentle, hands-on method of evaluating and enhancing the functioning of a physiological body system called the craniosacral system, comprised of the membranes and cerebrospinal fluid that surround and protect the brain and spinal cord.
Using a soft touch, practitioners release restrictions in the craniosacral system to improve the functioning of the central nervous system.
By complementing the body's natural healing processes, CST is increasingly used as a preventive health measure for its ability to bolster resistance to disease, and is effective for a wide range of medical problems associated with pain and dysfunction, including:

Migraine Headaches

Temporomandibular Joint Syndrome (TMJ)
